Press Play and the score performs itself, or scroll at your own pace. Each project is a movement in its own notation.

I build software by directing fleets of AI agents. Agents handle the language and the tools, deterministic code handles every number, and a person approves every decision with consequences.

Instrumentation

  • Claude and Codex agents, in sections
  • deterministic engines
  • independent verifiers
  • one conductor

I. Biogard

Prelude for a swarm and a red barline

Next.js 16, Docker, PostgresBiogard, pest control in Ruse

  1. The first project I ever started: the website of a regional pest-control company in Ruse.

  2. Rebuilt from scratch on Next.js 16, self-hosted, every URL kept. Eight parallel agents built the pages, the hand-drawn art and the SEO.

  3. A crawler checks 122 pages, 0 problems, and mobile PageSpeed scores 100 in all four categories. A bug-squashing game hides somewhere in the site.

II. PlayBelote

Quartet for four voices trading tricks

TypeScript, Colyseus, PhaserPlayBelote, live multiplayer belote

  1. Live multiplayer Bulgarian belote. One deterministic rules engine runs in both the client and the server.

  2. The bots are Monte Carlo players: 60 play simulations and 40 bid simulations for every decision.

  3. Bot strength is settled by tournament: 20 championships of 128 teams. Every game is saved in BGN, a replay notation modelled on chess PGN.

III. ValoxVSL

Script to finished ad, with fermatas for the humans

Next.js, Gemini, FAL, FFmpeg, MCPValoxVSL, AI video ads

  1. My AI video company, built with my brother. A script splits on // into scenes, and an agent writes a Visual Bible of characters, places and continuity rules.

  2. A person approves the Visual Bible and the reference images before anything else is made. The payoff: the same face in every shot.

  3. Each scene passes a Classifier, a Producer and a Prompt Engineer. 38 agent configurations, and up to 14 reference images per shot.

  4. Kling, Seedance, Veo and Sora sit behind one interface, each call priced. These loops are real output.

  5. An FFmpeg editor cuts on the voice. Over MCP, Claude Code produces a whole ad: 83 tools, 67 scenes, end to end.

IV. Valox Office

Tutti: twelve staves resolve into one merge chord

fork of AgentSystemLabs/agent-office (MIT) · TypeScript, three.js, MCP

  1. A 3D office where Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode workers sit at desks, each in its own worktree. A fork of the MIT project AgentSystemLabs/agent-office.

  2. Each floor has a manager agent that hires workers through 20 MCP tools and merges only green PRs.

  3. Every account runs as its own OS user, a guest role refuses any message without a rule, and the PC runner shipped after nine verification rounds.

  4. Frame time fell from 20.1 ms to 6.0 ms, and draw calls from about 1,550 to 355.

V. Polymarket desk

Study in frozen rules, sotto voce

Python, TypeScript, systemd · private

  1. A private research desk for short crypto markets, in three separate parts: a money loop with no model in it, a control plane and a research stack.

  2. Thousands of configurations and 15 strategy families, tested against live order books under rules frozen before scoring. Here the hashes are sharps.

  3. My agent Jeisan manages the pods through a control plane that ships disarmed. Going live takes live mode, an ARMED file and no HALT file.

  4. The survivors run behind kill switches. The results stay private.

VI. ORPHEUS

Morphing line, 78 shots on the downbeat

Remotion, Python, FluidSynth · 139.7 s

  1. A 139.7 s reel of Bulgarian history, from the Varna gold to a Rhodope song on the Voyager Golden Record.

  2. Every picture morphs into the next along 144 strokes of 16 points, and all 78 shots start on the downbeat.

  3. Two gates check every render: the audio is locked to the score within one frame, and a flash check holds the picture to WCAG 2.2.

Six AI-generated frames of one fictional Bulgarian infantry soldier, called Ivan The Defender in the tool, from six different shots of a Doiran documentary ad: crouched in a trench doorway in front of a fire, looking up in a dim bunker, lying wounded on his back, charging with a rifle, aiming at the camera with wet hair, and wearing a French style helmet in grey light. The lean face, pale eyes and mud stay the same in every frame.
One AI character across six shots, the same face: ValoxVSL.

Customs and Compliance Agents

AI agents that prepare customs and compliance filings, with every number checked by code

AI agents in production that prepare the customs and regulatory compliance filings of a large industrial manufacturer, across three families of regulated documents. Agents handle the language and the tools, deterministic engines produce each figure and must reproduce the client's own past filings exactly, and a person approves each data change.

Valox Office

An open-source 3D agent office, stripped of the slop and rebuilt as a harness for agents

I took an open-source 3D agent office from another developer, AgentSystemLabs/agent-office (MIT), stripped what I call the slop, and put in the agentic tooling that makes it a harness: custom MCP tools for a floor manager, work routed between Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode workers, runners on remote machines and personal computers, OS-level isolation and roles. Agents I directed built it, and an UPSTREAM.md file records each upstream pull request as ported, adapted or skipped.

Behind him are desks with coding agent workers under name labels, the issues board, the task queue, a pull requests board, a whiteboard showing a checkout funnel chart, a potted plant and a gong.
Over the shoulder of the floor manager, a worker figure with an orange spiked head seated at the boss's desk in front of a laptop that shows terminal text. Through the glass wall behind it are the open floor, a Task queue board, a Pull Requests board, a lounge sofa and a lift marked Storefront, and two empty chairs face the desk.

Meta Harness

The rules, guards and checks my coding agents work inside, across Claude Code and Codex

Meta Harness is my name for the layer coding agents work inside: rules, guardrails, verification checks and coordination. I founded the plugin-based architecture of the team developer platform at DigiSol and maintain it, and ValoxAgentPlugin is my own reconstruction of it for my private repos. When an agent fails, I change the harness so the mistake does not repeat.

12
workflow skills, each with at least one positive trigger case
9
trigger eval cases, 6 of them guarding against false triggers
39
Terminal output of the harness's PreToolUse hooks. Four simulated agent actions are each refused with exit code 2, an orange BLOCKED line stating the reason and a line giving the remedy: a blind git commit with -a, a recursive delete of the home directory, reading a .env file and writing to a .env file. A scoped git add is allowed with exit code 0, and the last line reports the guard self test passing.

ValoxVSL

My AI video-ad studio and the multi-agent pipeline it was built on

ValoxVSL is the AI video production business I run through Valox EOOD, and the pipeline behind it. The pipeline turns a script into a finished ad or documentary through agent phases with human gates, an FFmpeg editor and an MCP server that lets Claude act as the producer. The studio delivered ads for clients and is dormant now; the tool and the site are live.

The face is an AI depiction of a historical figure, not a photograph.

Jeisan

The name my working agents carry: an always-on server agent, a git author, a pod manager

Jeisan is the name my working agents carry. It began as a tough-guy action hero in one of the ValoxVSL ads, and today it is an always-on agent on a small Linux server, moved from OpenClaw to NousResearch's Hermes Agent, the git author Jeisan Steisan, and the agent that manages my trading pods through a bounded control plane.

Behind him, out of focus, a man in a navy suit and a woman in a black dress look at a phone. Every person in the frame is AI generated.

Polymarket research desk

A fail-closed trading desk where every strategy meets frozen rules and live order books

A private system for 5- and 15-minute crypto up/down markets on Polymarket, built as three separated parts: a deterministic money loop with no model in it, an agent control plane that holds no trading power by default, and a research stack. Thousands of configurations and 15 strategy families have been tested against live order books under pre-registered rules frozen before scoring. The survivors run behind kill switches, and the results stay private.

PlayBelote

Live multiplayer belote: a deterministic engine, Monte Carlo bots and a replay format

A Bulgarian belote game in the browser: four seats, bots that fill the empty ones, Swiss and knockout tournaments, and replays in a notation of its own. The rules engine is pure TypeScript shared by client and server. Most of its verification came from long agent runs with written contracts and numeric gates.

Biogard

My first project: a pest-control company's site, rebuilt self-hosted

The website of a regional pest-control company, and the first project I started: a React site, then Next.js on Netlify. Later I rebuilt it from scratch with the same URLs, hand-drawn illustrations, a self-hosted and isolated stack, an SEO plan, consent-gated ad tracking and a hidden bug game.

Phone numbers and the e-mail address are masked.

Valox Cinema

Making a fully AI feature film, starting with the two tests that could stop it

Valox Cinema is my plan to make a fully AI feature film: a Bulgarian historical feature produced with the ValoxVSL pipeline grown to feature scale. So far it is a study of how a published AI feature was made, set against my pipeline, and a design for the successor pipeline with every decision recorded beside the option it beat. No film exists yet, and two cheap tests come before any production.

The server compromise

A framework RCE, a botnet, three failed rebuilds and the outbound connection that found it

The production server for the ValoxVSL video tool was taken over by a Mirai-variant botnet and re-infected after each rebuild. An outbound connection from the Next.js process showed the way in: an unauthenticated RCE in the framework. The response became a written hardening playbook that new servers start from.

ORPHEUS

A code-rendered reel of Bulgarian history in which every picture morphs into the next

A 139.7-second hype reel from the Varna gold to a Rhodope song on the Voyager Golden Record, rendered from code with an original score and no voice-over, in English and Bulgarian. The reference it set out to beat is a code-rendered history reel called Prometheus. Each render has to pass a sync gate and a flash-safety gate.
